I need goals. I’ve learned in my many attempts at quitting any addiction, a simple, short-term goal is the way to go. Small steps. Little goals. They add up to big ones.
11/2/20: Do some “movement” each day – Cubii peddles, walking – something that will keep me physically active.
10/26/20: Do not order take out.
I did it! I didn’t order out Monday – Friday! This is a huge success for me…AND, I am going to carry this goal forward to see if I can do it again!
